STEP 1
Fill in expression of interest form on website

Contacted by franchise development team for introduction telephone discussion. If Stir Crazy recruitment team feels you are an applicant that posseses the initial attributes we are looking for, we will ask you to complete a Stir Crazy Franchise Application form and mail to us.

STEP 2
Download and complete Stir Crazy application form

The Application Form will need to be completed by all parties who are applying for the franchise opportunity. Once completed, this form will need to be sent to Stir Crazy Franchising Pty Ltd at PO Box 3327 Putney NSW 2112, together with a cheque for **$3,000.00. This cheque should be made payable to Stir Crazy Franchising Pty Ltd. If successful in your application for a Stir Crazy Franchise, this payment will go towards the costs incurred in preparing your Franchise Agreements. The **$3,000.00 cheque is fully refundable* and will be returned to you in full should you decide at any time to withdraw your application.

STEP 3
Application reviewed

Application accepted or denied. If accepted an Interview scheduled within 2 weeks of receiving application to move to next step in process.

STEP 4
First interview

It is essential that this interview is attended by all parties to the proposed franchise operation. During this interview, you will receive an informal, yet comprehensive introduction into Stir Crazy Noodle Bar and the franchising opportunity will be discussed with you in more detail. The first interview may be treated as a get to know you session where both parties to the meeting may form further opinions as to the overall suitability of the application.

STEP 5
Franchisee kit

Following the First Interview, the Franchise Recruitment team will make an assessment of your suitability to the Stir Crazy network. Green Light is where the Franchise Recruitment team finds you to be suitable and will progress with your application. Red Light means that for varied reasons, the Franchise Recruitment team finds your application unsuitable and will not be progressing any further. If you are given the Green Light you will be issued with the Franchisee Kit (including the Disclosure Document, Franchise Agreement and Franchising Code of Conduct) and the Historical Sales Turnover Figures. Red light will see your application fee returned within 14 days to address provided in application.

STEP 6
Second interview

Following the first interview, you would have sought independent legal advice on documents provided. Returning for the second interview will provide you with the opportunity to have all questions answered. These questions may be about the Franchise Agreement or about the Stir Crazy franchise operation.

STEP 7
Operational questionnaire

A comprehensive questionnaire detailing a series of operational-based questions will be issued to you following the second interview. The completion of this questionnaire will assist the Franchise Recruitment team in further assessing your application as your responses will provide them with an insight into your potential operation of the Stir Crazy franchise.

STEP 8
Contact existing franchise partners

It is important that you take the opportunity to learn more about the Stir Crazy operation from our existing Partners, not just from us. We encourage you to contact existing Partners. This contact should be part of your due diligence in researching any franchise opportunity and we trust through this contact you will see how these Partners were each granted a Stir Crazy franchise.

STEP 9
Final interview

The final interview should take place only when you feel 100% confident about wanting to join the Stir Crazy team. Final approval as Stir Crazy Partners will be granted by Manager Director, Mark Slater. The final interview provides both Mark and you with the opportunity to learn more about each other. Final approval will either be given at the final interview or within 48 hours following.

STEP 10
Franchise agreement & franchise fee payment

Following your approval into the Stir Crazy franchise network, Stir Crazy solicitors will liaise with your solicitor in preparing your Franchise Agreements.

On signing the franchise agreements a cheque must be made payable to Stir Crazy Franchising Pty Ltd for **$30,000.00.

STEP 11
Store fitout

Store Fitout process commences with Stir Crazy managing the process. This process can take between 12 – 16 weeks.

STEP 12
Training

The Stir Crazy induction training commences 4 weeks before store opening. The training has 2 modules. Administration and Restaurant Operations.

STEP 13
Store open

Your Stir Crazy Noodle Bar opens for business. The support team will be involved in your first weeks of operation to ensure everything runs as smooth as possible.

*The **$3,000 is fully refundable less the reasonable legal costs incurred in preparing the Franchise Agreements. Franchise Agreements will only be drawn up if an individual Stir Crazy Partner is approved into the Stir Crazy Franchise network and subsequently granted a secured site.
